For over 15 years, Steve has been running Big Man Towing, providing critical assistance in emergency situations and helping people when their cars and trucks break down. Tow truck operators are often considered first responders, and Steve built his business on reliability, safety, and community trust - offering 24/7 service and always putting people first.
Now, that same dedication has expanded beyond the road - into bringing joy to families, one event at a time.
When Emily saw how much happiness a simple bouncy castle brought to their niece Elizabeth’s birthday, she had an idea:
Why not create a company that spreads that joy to others?
And just like that, Par-T-Pro Rentals was born - a family-run business focused on making celebrations stress-free, safe, and, most importantly, FUN.

The visionary, the dreamer, and the unstoppable force behind Par-T-Pro Rentals. Emily isn’t just the founder - she’s the spirit that makes everything possible.
A aunt first, a leader always, Emily finds pure joy in helping others, whether it’s creating magical memories for families or supporting those in need behind the scenes. She’s the kind of person who gives without expecting anything in return, a true unicorn of authenticity and kindness, always ready to lift others up.
Steve (The Backbone Mentor & Workhorse)
Emily’s husband and biggest supporter, Steve took his years of experience running Big Man Towing and applied the same hard work, dedication, and customer-first mindset to help build Par-T-Pro Rentals. Whether it’s towing a truck in an emergency or setting up a bouncy castle, Steve knows that safety and reliability always come first.
Mike (The Workhorse & Heart of the Team)
A longtime pillar of Big Man Towing, Mike is the soul of both companies, known for his unwavering dedication, hard work, and get-it-done attitude. Now stepping into the world of Par-T-Pro Rentals, he brings his strength, precision, and problem-solving skills to ensure every setup is seamless, every inflatable is secure, and every event is stress-free. Iggy (The IT Wizard, Super Dad & Money Man)

Diesel (The French Bulldog) & Kevin (The English Bulldog)

Diesel and Kevin run a tight ship at Par-T-Pro Rentals. Like a pair of overworked sheepdogs, these two make sure the humans stay on schedule, on task, and in line.

Small but mighty, this pint-sized powerhouse has the energy of a border collie and the attitude of a CEO. He’s always on the move, ensuring every bouncy castle is set up with military precision and that no one dares slack off under his watchful eye.
Kevin (The Calm Strategist)
